At Taka Customs, we take great pride in creating personalised items that are made just for you. Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, we have a specific returns policy in place to ensure both satisfaction and fairness.

1. Custom Items Are Final Sale

As customised products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the quality or a mistake made in the personalization process.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your customised item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us by emailing us [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect for us to process your request efficiently. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, offering a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and accordingly.

3. Incorrect Customization

We always show mock-ups of the artwork to for you to check and approve prior to final print or embroidery. We cannot refund any items that are customised incorrectly if you have approved that artwork prior to final customization. If the artwork you approved is not correctly followed by us (e.g., name spelling, design choices), please notify us immediately. We will correct the error at no additional cost and send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

4. Change of Mind

Due to the personalized nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items if you change your mind after confirming your order. Please double-check all customization details before submitting your order.
