Unlike hand embroidery, which is done manually with a needle and thread, machine embroidery automates the process, making it faster and more precise. Our embroidery service will require some setting up.

Our Embroidery Process
Step 1: Contact us
–Â Drop us an email on [email protected]Â
–Â Let us know what you would like to have embroidered.
– Submit your logo or artwork in the email.
– We accept the PDF, PNG or JPG files.
– We will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your requirement.
Step 2: Artwork Digitisation
– We get your logo converted into a digital embroidery format that our embroidery machines can work with.Â
– We normally work with our digitising partners for this.Â
– There is a one off setup charge of £40 for this, however this is discounted from your first order if you go ahead to order with us.
– We then stitch a draft of your design and amend as necessary to suit your approval.Â
– You can order a sample for the item you require at cost price.Â
– If you are happy with your sample, you can now go ahead and place your order.
Step 3: Choosing your garments
 – We have several UK based suppliers for the embroidery blanks that we use.
– Our suppliers are based in the UK and provide us with a first class service. Â
– We will help you choose the garments you require.Â
Step 4: Ordering
– We will create a link on our website for your business where you can place your order.
– Alternatively you can email us the sizes, and quantities you require.
– We will generate an invoice for you.
– All invoices must be paid in full before we can start processing your order.Â
– When we start working on your order, it will be non-refundable as they are custom work.
